Kim Ramirez is an actress, writer, and acting coach. Kim graduated with a B.F.A. from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts where she studied with some of the country's most prestigious acting, voice, and movement teachers. Kim also studied at Primary Stages and completed the improvisational program at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
After graduating, she moved to New York City where she has been in working in the industry for over 15 years. Kim’s knowledge into on camera acting technique was strengthened by her experience on set and by working alongside some of NYC’s top casting directors at networking events and in casting rooms. All of this has cultivated in a wealth of knowledge and insight that has helped actors of all ages and skill levels find their true potential in any room.
She's taught at various acting classes at The Dalton School, The Actors Green Room, Actor’s Launch Pad, as well as held several workshops in North Carolina, Texas, and here in New York City.
Her Film/TV credits include: Hearts Beat Loud, Nerve, God Friended Me, Orange Is The New Black, House of Cards, Person Of Interest, Blindspot, and The Blacklist. Currently, you can watch her in NBC's New Amsterdam.
